Personal Commercial

Hi, my name is Diane Cunningham!

I currently work in San Diego, CA at Mitchell International as an Education Specialist creating online learning modules and courses posted to our customer facing LMS, Mitchell University.

Before joining Mitchell in Spetember 2009, I worked at Websense, Inc. as the Curriculum Architect in the Websense Global Education department reporting to the International Director. I started in May 2005 as the Senior Technical Training Developer where I analyzed, designed and developed Websense Authorized Certification training for both employees and partners, domestically and internationally. January 2008 I was promoted to the Curriculum Architect after creating innovative new department standards for design, development and delivery of effective technical adult education. I designed a two tier Websense Authorized Training Partner instructor certification – with Websense Master Trainers and Websense Certified Instructors.

Something that I am really proud of is raising the understanding of, and appreciation for, various adult learning styles and showing how this knowledge can be leveraged to present more effective participant learning both online, in the classroom and in a hybrid learning situation.

I find that wherever I have worked, I bring 3 key strengths to the table, infectious passion and enthusiasm coupled with a greatly appreciated ability to effectively communicate technical information to non technical audiences delivering key information whether face to face, one on one, in classroom or conference setting or delivered in an online environment.

At this time my future plans are to find a position with a company I respect where I can leverage my knowledge and skills to positively impact the ongoing training process.
